registered and bases itself on quality of service in keeping prompt
and efficient workloads.

In contrast to many contractors, all our Team Leaders are experienced
and have the ability to carry out all the required tasks, thus ensuring
the best possible service to our customers.
Quality Control
We display a maintenance schedule in each communal hallway (with
the residents' aproval) as a quality control procedure. This schedule
provides the dates of our visits and also provides a 'comments'
column to enable residents to bring to our attention any particular
issues. In addition, inspections are carried out reguarly to ensure
we maintain our high standards.
Window Cleaning
We can offer the latest technology in window Cleaning through the
"Reach & Wash System". This system also offers the
ability to clean cladding and frames to all windows thus providing
a more superior form of cleaning.

Garden & General Maintenance Specification
- Cut & edge lawn during growing season.
- Flower beds to be turned reguarly and kept weed free.
- Shrubbery to be pruned during the correct time of the season.
- Shrubbery will be pruned to prevent overhanging paved areas,
windows, patios & parking areas.
- Apply weed & moss killer reuarly.
- Sweep paved areas including car parks.
- All refuse collection areas to be kept thouroughly clean &
disinfected.
Cleaning Specification
- All carpeted areas (edge & corners included) to be vacuumed
cleaned each visit.
- All hard surface vinyl floors to be swept & moped.
- Stair nosing to be cleaned & polished.
- Balustrades to be dusted and or damp wiped
- All brass finished to be polished.
- Surface clean all skirting & walls as required.
- Check & replace blown light bulbs internally & externally
- Clean light bulb housing.
- Lighting timersto be adjusted as per the seasons.
- Removal of junk mail & old free newspapers.
- Air fresheners to be used.
- Porch areas to be cleaned.
- Entrance glazing to be cleaned.
- Clean lift areas internally including mirrors and stainless/brushed
steel finishes.
- Attendance sheets to be comleted & Maintenance Schedule
Comment's to be acted upon or reported to the office.
Window Cleaning Specification
- Residential window cleaning carried out using the pure water
fed pole system.
- The traditional method is also used when cleaning windows to
the new regulated height for Health & Safety rules.
- We can, if required, carry out window cleaning via powered access
equipment or abseil as our staff are both trained and certified.
